baldylox
I have a pair a Track 325s on which I installed the BTS system. Blue spring for toeside and red spring for heelside.. I've noticed that when you really flex the boot toeside and then unflex, the toe spring catches on the BTS housing. Is there a way to avoid this? jp1
baldylox, I'm assuming you mean the 'top spring' (not the toe spring) catches on the BTS housing. I put a chamfer (radius) on the inside of the Housing using a deburring tool to help reduce this as much as possible and keep the spring from hanging up on the sharp edge of the housing.
