So what to do about SNES?

Hi guys,

still early in the season, but I am already hyped up. Been going to Mammoth on a regular basis this summer to enjoy some biking, kayaking and hiking.

But lets get serious for a moment; June Mountain is still on all of our minds I am sure, it sucks to see this carving paradise closed down. So what does this mean for our beloved SNES event?

Perhaps there is a possibility to "rent out" Fascination or a section of Stump Alley in the future? Just thoughts of course, but this would make a nice discussion and brainstorm session. Perhaps there is a way for Rusty Gregory/ CEO to appreciate the art of carving.

Cheers,

Rolf

I am sure something can be worked out with the people from the Mill as well to confiscate a section of their patio as long as we buy their food and drinks, maybe do a little pre-payment to "reserve" our seats and tables. Or low budget, simply take over a strategic section of the parking lot and far end bottom corner of Stump (close to tree line)and bring our own BBQ and chairs to hang out and tan in. Its all just a matter of making some friends in the right places on the mountain, not impossible. I am sure one way or the other somebody from the mountain needs to be involved and give the OK.
