jibek@aol.com
My son does boardercross and needs a new board. He's 5'11" weighs around 175lbs. Would this board be too long for him? PRICE DROPUsed two runs, Pics coming 163cm http://www.voelkl-snowboards.com/products/boards/freeride-all-mountain/coal-xt.html $350 plus shipping. big canuck
Honestly, its not me area of expertise my man. I think it would be just fine... If it was a 167 I think we're prob getting too long... Can you check with his coach to see what he says? I guarantee you wont be dissapointed with the condition. For reference, I bought one of the Canadian ntl team member's boards who was 5'9" i'd say, and he was riding 159's so at 5'11" a 163 would sound reasonable IMO.. Lemme know. jibek@aol.com
Hi, I checked with his coach and although he feels the board to be a bit long for him, he thinks it'll work for my son. I'd still like to get it for him since he's only 13 and certainly not shrinking. This is the bx model isn't it? Let me know how you want to proceed with the purchase. Thanks. big canuck
It's the Coal XT, not the race version on the link. If that's what you're after we're in business. Let me know Thx Kurt
