ncermak
Rob- How long ago was that? Another option is the dead-guy graft. That's right, they take a ligament from a dead guy and insert that for the new ligament. There is a chance of rejection, but the advantage is no damage to other parts of your own body (hamstring or PT). Personally, I couldn't stomach the idea, and feard rejection, But I have friends who did it, and the rehab is much shorter. Most of the rehab is repaing the hamstring or Tendon, Not worrying about the graft healing (about 6 weeks if I recall) One more thing- Start working out NOW! Rehab is much quicker if you go in with a good base. -Noah
