Whoever said to get the smallest shell possible needs to experience thumb screws, for a minimum of 3 hours. The liners were not used, (put in my Thermoflex liners) the boots were used 3 hours (see above). They are 3 strap, very light in weight, and have a fairly low cuff. I wear a 27, and it doesn't always pay to listen to "Oh yeah dude, that'll 26.5 will work" Burgandy and Champagne in color $125 plus shipping.
