The lever is on the heel bail. The lever is missing the plastic adjustment screws but they served no purpose when I used them. These are metal bindings, not plastic. If you have Intec Step-in heels, the heels will not fit these bindings. $75 shipped CONUS; more if Canada or international. Any questions, PM me or reply here.
