Yes & yes: they are complete of everything. They are not the Physics race with the special toe insert. They are compatible with any boots compatible with Intec oh well. there are so many option to go intec / physic's only circular heel receivers with toe bail (Carrier type) or with speed hooks. and variable bumpers to go with it.
