Ear dragger
do hangle and vist plates have the same bolt pattern? if not, can you're local shop (a skilled tech) drill and install inserts to accept a vist plate?
Seb
You don't necessarily need the two middle holes for vist plate just dont put anything is fine. Unless you ride with middle holes lock but if you ride with them unlock (the circles)then just don't drill any holes and put nothing in the middle! Or at least try it like that before thinking drilling the board
colintkemp
Ear Dragger. No - Hangl and Vist have different "insert patterns." I don't know what the Hangl pattern is, but other folks here do. The Vist pattern is simply the standard 4x4, plus two "middle" holes - in the middle of each black running bar. But as Seb pointed out, it is not necessary to use the two middle holes, although I use them if I can. That is, I use them on a Coiler drilled for them but not on boards that are not drilled for them. Hope that helps.
