Chris Houghton Posted March 25, 2010 Report Share Posted March 25, 2010 An emphatic NO on using the the stepin toe bail for a heel bail. The height is all wrong. You will need the proper heel bails and the standard toe bails to do the conversion. Maybe Oldvolvos can help you out. Otherwise I would just order the parts from Catek. I agree with Chris, different bails, cateck won't return your email but if you buy the kit they will send it to you... ZetaTre Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 oldvolvosrule helped me out for the rest of this season, but if anyone would like to trade, the step-in kit is still available (I don't care too much for it, I'm find with the standard). I have a complete step-in systems for Catek OS1/OS2: it includes the heel receiver, the toe bail.
