This board appears to be a custom (because of the factory tag) but it was hand written after I ordered it and it was an off the shelf board. Nothing custom about it. When I got it I was surprised to see my name written (mis-spelled) on the tag along with the specs. I think they did to make me feel "Special". Well hell riding the thing will make you feel that way. I'm a little dude and it kills me on the lift, especially a non highspeed chair such as upper Tiehack at Buttermilk. Bigger dude would be fine with this thing strapped on. I love that its white.
