martyagt4
I know it's pretty close to ECES, so I don't expect to see many, if any. Plus it's K-Mart. Work interferes with everything this year so this is my only trip. Making a trip to the Starting Gate on my way, for a super duper boot fitting. So I may get a half-day in at Stratton on Sunday. martyagt4
Black Dog sports is near the base area(same level), owned and run by a guy that "RIPS" alpine gear (Dave Manning) and he's an awesome tuner... May have seen him in passing today. Grey beard, wearing a Killington jacket, orange Head boots I think.
MEC
May have seen him in passing today. Grey beard, wearing a Killington jacket, orange Head boots I think. That would have been "Grizzly," not Dave. Griz runs the Mountain Ambassador program here. Dave does not ride his alpine gear much any more at all, I usually only see him on skis, but I triple-vouch for his tuning, it is world class. He was kind enough to loan equipment to me when I was getting interested in carving, super duper nice of him. Sorry I didn't see you out when you were here Marty - I was munching up powder on softies last week!
