willywhit
JG and I had the radio dialed in at Gunstock NH last year and we could listen to the same tune while carving it up. So we got to thinking....how about running a bluetooth type deal and a group could carve together all jamming to the same tunes. Anyone know the range ? maybe 100 yards? I usually carry an extra set of earbuds and a 2-1 splitter for the chairlift ride for the MP3 player. For custom headphones I just run old Sony walkman stock speakers that are pretty flat after you strip the metal band and extra plastic off. They just slide into the earflaps of and the Leedom and the snugness keeps them in place.Carving to tunes on a deserted mid week day is the goodies, just keep looking up the hill for overtakers. Nuthin' like a little air guitar on the hell side turn....ahhhh:p
Neil Gendzwill
Just wait for the XM radio walkman - should be coming out in the next year if they keep up the progress with the antennas and such. Might be an issue on north-facing slopes tho...
