bjvircks
The other day I was thinking of how to coordinate this coming winter's activities. I've wanted to attend SES for the past couple seasons but haven't been able to for whatever reasons. Looking at the calendar, I said to my wife 'Maybe I could get to SES this year. It is Feb 6 - 13.' She cheerfully answered 'Oh, so you'd be away on our 1st anniversary...'
durace
Think of it this way at least now you'll remember your anniversary. I wish something important would happen the end of August so I would remember mine.

And she seems like a nice gal and all but if you give an inch now it's all over. Bring her along. Coming up on 10 myself and I have said so many stupid, dumb things a guys loses track. One day when I knew she was telling me something that she was just working out in her head. One of those things that if I tell her what I think she would say, I don't need you to "solve" my problems just listen to me. I said, "Do you want me to pretend to keep listening or can I get back to work?" Oops.
