boarderboy
REI Spring Sale - T6 164W $450.00. Pic shows, and I'm pretty sure this board still has, the 3D insert pattern.
boarderboy
Being a cheap elderly person I buy all my equipment each spring :D at least the cheap elderly part. However, I'm hoping to be more cash-flush late summer while there may still be some bargains. I'm not nearly ready for next season. And you've surfed big Makaha, so you're at least two up on me... cheers BB

boarderboy
'midst all our consumer euphoria, is 'how many of the dealers who're "blowing out" stock now will survive to serve another season.'? Would imagine the solid customer base is 'there' for the "custom" and dedicated alpine builders, but would also imagine many smaller board retailers got hammered this past season. Knowing REI, their strong (conservative) management - and the breadth of their market - they'll probably survive the current nightmare. Here's hoping the smaller shops do, too.
