The condos were in Snowmass Village. This other mad Aspen carver nicknamed Larry the Butcher has a B and B in town that is pretty reasonable. Mebe Michelle knows more about this. I roomed at the base of Buttermilk (Aspen Inn) last year at the end of the season and it was (265.00 per night). It did include a robust breakfast for two. Not too shabby. I'm kind of bummed that SES has gone pure Aspen. I really like that Beaver Creek thang and yeah Tiehack does have the free hot chocolate shack if you know where to go.
