I doubt that even 4 phones would make that much energy..

Microwave popcorn works because the microwave heats the water inside the corn, and the water turns to vapor and expands etc.

I think it was made with the silly assumption that the microwaves directly act on the corn itself popping it..

I've talked on 5 cellphones at once..my head didn't pop.
