NOAA snotel on top says we're up to 4* Might get to twenty this afternoon, winds are light 5-6 mph The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow, gives the promise of bluebird to all those who show. It took me over an hour to blow it clear. missed a lot of fresh tracks & had to use my secret stashes. TC I can make it up Wed. should be sunny & good carving. After that I was out on the 185 proton that I finally took out of the wrapper the other day, on Collateral(narrow run and blue to black on the map).This board is soooo fun! Recruited two more hardbooters today who will plan to show on Feb 8th for the INWES Session.What a great day! I have been riding at 49n on weekends. Work has picked up, not sure if I can get weekdays off. Update about me and riding with hardboots. Love it. Rode half day on Sat. boots are great. Steve thanks again for the tips. I have noticed that I now get burns closer to the edge. Meaning I am ridding more on edge. Better turns more control make gus a happy gus. Next Sat. up at 49n. Becki has a clinic on feb. 24th at 49*N. thats a sunday so maybe you can show me the best runs to carve then. that'll give you some time to dail in the new binders. Today was really really good, the 173 Identity I got to replace my broken one kicked a$$ in the soft bumps & choped crud, as well as the pow in the trees. Could not get out of here to go to Silver last Thurs as the Drifts where mid door in the Morning.Plow Truck For the Hood Blew its power Steering Pump after 1 pass.Took 3 days for arms to feel normal again. Went to the Kan Friday and did not bother to leave.Just back. How ever tomorrow is another Day and I might be heading to Schweetzer. Fun in the Sun and get to see what you brung to run Boardski. I know you are set there at Schweitzer but mixing it up can be good too. Just Fuel for the free day. Can generally get two tickets out of one Toyota if that is a concern. Just give me some space man so I can Work it. Going to the Kan for all day and night Session in a few. Never made it any where yesterday as I noted a strange feeling. The Cuff hinge/cant on boots was found wanting.Close to failure. Drill,tap,Grind,Glue and Then the search for parts. All day. New Boots?? Oh pretty sure I could find a way to break those too. I would drive the back way from sandpoint so I don't know about pooling in the toolcan. I'll call Russ tonight & see if he can make it, w/out him I may be too poor.
