Chris Houghton Posted March 18, 2004 Report Share Posted March 18, 2004 The stainless topsheet was always made by Volant, they used their ski technology, but I suppose they wanted to identify them differently to the skis by calling them Aggression. That was 1998 or so, if I remember. After a few years, they gave it up and went to the Excel name, with the comment "Steel cap technology" and did actually put the Volant name on the boards.
