I don't mean just a little bit waterproof, I mean totally waterproof, seam taped, goretex, all that jazz. I wear a womens medium, maybe a mens small (30-32'' waist?) or mens medium. Im not real picky about the brand but I do put trust in Mountain Hardwear, Burton, Columbia, and Roxy. I've just worn those brands and know they're durable. I'm open to options though.
