Gleb
I need a thermoflex liner for my UPZs. You guys that mentioned shin bang from UPZ liners weren't kidding.
Sinecure
Another good addition to those boots that will lessen shin-bang and generally improve comfort/performance is a Booster Strap. Bomber sells them HERE
Gleb
I'm planning on buying the booster strap as well as getting some better liners. These liners just don't agree with me.

Gleb
I would if i could in a second, but now funds are low and I was planning on buying some used ones for cheaper. also, i was told that maybe I should go for mondo 29. Can't change the title though.

Pat Donnelly
Gleb - I do have a pair of thermo's however they are Mondo 27. Would you like to buy a used set of Booster Straps, the stronger three strap model? Also have two pair of Scott NIB goggles + 2 pair of NIB wrist gaurds. Gleb
Can't really go to 27. I'm set with goggles for a while. I'd take the strap, but i believe bomber deserves the business. I've been here for a year and the site has provided me with so much that I gotta buy something soon. It'll be the booster strap, plus maybe the liners. The liners must be good because it seems like people aren't willing to let them go. Thanks for the offer though.
Dr D
I got a great pair off of a mountaineering site used. I think I spent 40 - 50 on the good thick ones. they are used in garmont boots etc by the mountaineering folks.
Gleb
Just got a set off if ebay. If they don't do the trick, my search will continue.
D-Sub
Those are mondo 29, dude...and OLD version, but hopefully they'll suit your spendthrift needs :) funny..when I was in Bend, I found a bin full of those same liners, and someone got mad at me for selling them for like $25 a pair. $68, huh? Gleb
$25? What have they improved on them? 29 should be aright. I ride with pretty thick socks.

Gleb
Thanks for the input everyone. I'm placing my order this weekend for the booster straps too. Can't wait to ride in total comfort. Now, it'd be nice if today's high wasn't 59 degrees
Dr D
Thanks for the input everyone. I'm placing my order this weekend for the booster straps too. Can't wait to ride in total comfort. Now, it'd be nice if today's high wasn't 59 degrees just a note on booster straps. when you start using them go easy and tighten them as the day goes on. if you crank em down tight they tend to cut off a little blood flow and you can have eschemic foot pain caused by oxygen debt. this gets confusing since you are looking for comfort. no problems if you work into them slowly. Also whenever I have molded thermoliners they always seem to swell a little after molding making them feel small the first 2-3 days out. I am not sure what the best way to handle that is but if you can hack the first few days they settle in great. maybe wear thicker than usual socks when molding?? I don't know. maybe someone will step up with words of wisdom.
Gleb
Thanks for the advice. It'll be good to finally start riding in complete comfort.
