just got this email after ordering my season's pass:

Enclosed is a Season Pass Waiver that must be signed and returned to our

office before your pass can be issued. Once we receive your signed

waiver we will mail you your pass. You can mail it to: Sunday River

As a condition of being permitted to use the ski area premises as a season pass holder, I hereby Promise Not to Sue whichever ski area this pass is used at including Mount Snow Ltd, Killington Ltd., Pico Ski Area Management Company, LBO Holding Inc. d/b/a Attitash, Sunday River Skiway Corporation, Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation, ASC Utah d/b/a The Canyons, Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation (or any other ski area where this pass is valid), the American Skiing Company, their owners, affiliates, employees and agents (hereinafter the Ski Area), as I freely and voluntarily accept all risks of injury, death or property damage occurring thereon from the inherent risks such as those listed above or those that can reasonably be inferred therefrom.

As a passholder, we are also asking for your support of our Go With The

Flow program this winter. Go With The Flow encourages the use of sound,

personal judgment regarding speed and control when skiing and riding.

Because "fast" skiing may mean different things to different people, Go

With The Flow reminds skiers and riders to be courteous on the slopes

and follow the pace of those around them, especially in trail merge

areas where different ability levels are found.
