Hey, I was just looking at your profile and I see that Powder Mt. is your 'home mountain' and that you have a Donek Axis 172. Have you instructed at Powder Mt ? The reason I ask is that I met a guy last season who instructed there but did not live in the area during the off season - guy rode a Donek Axis 172. Name was Bert - that you? Guest gabrielo Posted October 19, 2006 Report Share Posted October 19, 2006 Yes, Kirk, I taught at Powder Mountain and was riding an Axix 172 and Eldorado 164 from January to end of season in 2004 and 2005. But I was not there in 2006. I expect to teach at Powder Mountain again beginning in mid-January. I am looking for a place to live in Ogden Valley (Liberty/Eden) so as not to have to commute from downtown Ogden. A simple room with kitchen access will do. Boy, Eden/Liberty is an area I am not too familiar with in terms of rental - I know that there has been quite a bit of building (new homes - BEAUTIFUL $$$) going on in the area over the past year. Have you talked to any of your former Powder Mt. co-workers about housing in the area? I know from talking to a few that some live in that area.
