this is directed to dantheman0177, reason being in the carving community section is that there is no rideboard for Aus. If you want this removed then could I please ask fin to create a rideboard for Aus or at least the southern hemisphere.

Looks like i might not be coming with my board, only skis this time, don't really feel like risking it as i want to save it for the rest of the season before i fork out for a Hot blast from Barts snowboards in Jindy. Seem to be the cheapest i can find only about $600.
I going to hotham on the 2nd but wont reach until the arvo so you'll probably be gone, but the heli flight is going a head sometime through the week so i'll look out for you.

well i'll probably see you up there, my riding aint great so you could spot me easily, or look for the only hardbooter on the mountain, if not then i might see you at falls.
hopefully it snows by then looking foward to getting back on the snow

2 weeks till hotham staying 1st till 9th
Probably will take a trip on that helicopter service over to falls so you might see me up there, just look for gold SL board and blue fire boots and thats me. just depends on the snow, if it's any good i'll take my board but if not then i'll ski but could still meet up depending on who im with.
im at buller next week hopefully because i need to get some gear that i left there over summer for hotham but dont know about boarding as there is next to no snow as you can see below

there is an Volkl RT that i know will not cost much to buy, little secret, if you are a beginner i can give you a link that will allow you to buy this. I dont need it but will buy it if no one new wants as it will be put to use by me sometimes.
so if you are from aus and want to start in hardbooting for alot under 300. then here is your chance be quick though have to do it tonight or tomorrow morning.
No pros on this one just beginners as i want to help them progress

If I were to get a donek for my next board I would actually contemplate it but think i would settle for something else because it would look out of place if i took an overseas trip or even to another mountain in AUS
Buller is a very interesting set-up, 2 sides to the mountain north and south with a main feeder beginner run down the centre, those yellow lines in the middle of the flat part interconnect and you get the two sides. Vertical Drop is 643 ft
Skiable area is 445 Acres, so not all that much room to move. And with an average snowfall of 270 something cm it isn’t worth the trips people take from overseas to get here.
I've shown you guys some of my attempts anyone have something else to look at?

i should place the idea to buller sports for thier rental department and see what happens, or could just ask them if i would be allowed to use it for a board? but doubt as that would cost too much to get rights. I rekon you'd cop some flak from having a board that looks like a trail map though, fairly weird thing to have.
just a note: buller sports is the buller lift company retail section

thanks i was thinking along the lines of what sean origionaly said that you can print photographic images, so what would be better then just getting the board and boots, then no one would just think you are self centered if you had a pic of your self, just the boots and the blue snow above works atleast for me, i'd love it on my board.

Definetly against copyright laws, but still would be good to have just for a laugh. Made very poorly not caring about vectors etc.

you think thats sad, atleast they have natural snow, go about 200km south and look we have ski run almost

at least there is a dusting at thredbo, look at buller, atleast 1 good thing comes from a late start, the air cools the ground so you dont need as much snow to create a platform for the rest of the season

you could always texture the topsheet and run this across it to have an atomic race board.
