Those dates sound good to me. I will come down from the seattle area for the weekend.

I ended up going for few hours last weekend. That was that I could handle in the rain. It was funny watching alll the snowboarders who don't wax their boards. They kept stopping while pointed straight down hill.

That weekend would work for me. Wouldn't be able to come down during the week. Since I am taking part of the following week off to climb Mt whitney in California.

I plan on heading up to Whistler on March 20 and heading home on Monday March 22nd. I am bringing my brother who I talked into trying carving for the first time a couple weeks ago.

Actually that weekend I was at Mission Ridge. Thought I would check out the mountain while it was free with my season pass. Not alot of snow but a nice carving moutain.

Next Saturday at Stevens works for me. I Usually ride up there sundays and mondays, but I could do a saturday if others want to go.

I too am amazed at how well Bruce got my coiler dialed in. I had him soften it up a bit between the bindings. I find this makes the board much more stable in less than ideal conditions, such as moguls and trees. Really a great board and a come from a great guy to work with.

I had mine for two and a half seasons. At the end of last season I blew out the cant adjustment. The boot liners also packed out and were frickin cold. I picked up a pair of Af700 this season and they are so much better. The thermoflex liner makes them warm and form fitting.

I had a pair of Wind boots last year and had intec heals on them. Worked well for three seasons then the liner packed out. Getting a thermoflex liner makes all the difference.

My fiancee went into to get thermoflex liners and after two hours the guy said he could not help her and had her leave. She then went a surefoot store and had the comfomable liner done. She has a very low volume foot and this is the first time that she has had a boot that fit properly. If you have a low volume foot it might be worth while, but if not they are very expensive.

This last weekend I took my brother up and got him hooked on hardboots. I was amazed at the comments in the lift line you get when wth someone else on hardboots. No longer do you just look like the lone reject.

I can't comment on looseness, but having step-ins is great. I would never go back to bail bindings.

The snow was great this last weekend. Saturday the skies cleared up and it was a blast. Sunday the fog rolled in, but was limited to the top mainly. Nice resort with some good grooming and an interesting back side chair.

I might be up for it. Heading down to Nohtstar at Tahoe this friday and will be there till the 26th. When I get back I plan on hitting up several of the local mountains. Probably stevens, but maybe will head down to crystal for a day.

I went up on saturday and was surprised by the snow and coverage. I was expecting much worse, as long as I stayed on the groomers it was pretty good, not bad for the first day up this year.

Thanks for the info, I wanted to know the snow coverage so that I could decide whether I should bring down my new coiler or break out the rock board.

I was thinking Mt Hood meadows, but wasn't sure yet. I guess which ever one that has the best runs and snow.

I will be bringing my fiance down with me for saurday and sunday. She is only a skier though.
