Are there any others that are open that late?

I was planning on taking a trip to the mountains for some spring skiing. Are any of the resorts in Colorado open late April to May. I will be swamped at work till April 15th, but want to get some turns in after that. Any suggestions?

I just wanted to send out huge thanks to fleeman for sending me an intec cable. It arrived yesterday.

I was on the mountain yesterday and when i went to unclick my bindings I noticed that the back intec cable was almost completely frayed off. The front one is currently ok but the rear is completely shot. Does anyone have a spare intec cable for sale?

I was up there at Christmas and the snow was depressing, but I am trying to get up there sometime in the next couple of weeks, with the snow that finally arrived. I will be up there for a couple weeks in February. Let me know next time you are up there. zpehling@hotmail.com

I had a pair of those up until last season. They are rather tight in the toe box and are extremely cold. They do pack out rather quickly but a pair of thermofit liners can make a huge difference.

I noticed that Timberline has a flex pass. Is it worth while to get this pass during the Holiday Week? Also can multiple people use the pass on a certain day? Thanks Zach

I figured it would be busy, but taking a couple weeks off to go boarding with family. We are heading up to whistler for five days before christmas, then home christmas and down to hood for the week between christmas and new years. Thanks for the info, Zach

How about timberline after christmas and before new years. What chairs are usually open. I was going to stay at the timberline lodge. How far is it to meadows if we feel like driving? If the weather is less than stellar at timberline, is it sometimes better over at meadows? Thanks Zach

Bruce really knows how to make a board, but getting ahold of him now might be difficult as he probably getting into kite boarding this time of year.

Thanks goes out to everyone who helped make this such a great event. I really enjoyed watching everyone who came. First time ever boarding with another alpiner. Really wanted to make it sunday as well, but was feeling a little sluggish on saturday and when it came to waking up on sunday, it wasn't going to happen. I look foward to next season and the ability to ride with guys again and to sun peaks. Thanks Zach

How far is it to drive from hood river to timberline. Was thinking about staying there?

I always ride stevens pass. I usually ride sundays and get a few mondays in as well. At stevens I ride my 180 coiler and have no problems getting around the mountain.

It did pretty well, as long as I chose my runs wisely. I have the 180 RC. It was alot better this weekend than the the last couple weekends that I have been up. Brought up my new digital camera and got some pics for the first time. This is my third year on hardboots, so it was kinda cool seeing how ridiculous I look.

I got there kind of late in the afternoon on my 180 coiler. I saw you getting on the chairlift the first run up and that was it.
