  1. Hey Marc,

There's a bunch of new F2 binders up on EBay at the moment including CNC, Titanium, and even some Intec heals at pretty cheap prices. I bought a pair of Titaniums for a new board my gal's getting for Christmas, all legit, coming out of Germany.

Sorry for reviving a dead thread- do you recall approximately how long shipping took to get these to the US from Germany? Deutsche Post tracking is pretty much worthless.

  2. Do you want to trade for step in version, or just related parts (bails for her receivers)?

My friend "lotpi" has step in and wants standards.

Actually, the idea was trading the whole binding for a set of replacement Fintec heels (the piece that you put onto your boots to make them step-in) though for this trade, the heels would really have to be mint to be considered.

  3. I can't wait to compare impressions of the 174 Nirvana vCam T+ with you. Mine was just delivered a few weeks ago!

I also really love F2 stuff- had a glass Speedster 174 which was a blast to ride, but I wished it had metal to dampen some of the crud in the afternoons. The F2 Eliminator Worldcup metal BX board is still my favorite softboot board of all time.

  4. I was at Killington today, albeit on my early-season softboot board to re-adjust to the mechanics of snowboarding (ouch). Conditions were surprisingly good, with the snow staying relatively soft and ice-free the entire day. I've certainly seen worse during actual winter in the past. If you can carve narrows and avoid people, early mornings could be possible in hard boots, however by afternoon, the large, soft push-piles probably made it difficult for anyone riding a board, jibbers aside.

I did see someone's Prior with red maple leaves and TD 3/Sidewinders outside their gondola as the morning was starting.

  5. Hey Mark,

I personally want to thank you for putting together an awesome Rally for us all, and also taking the time to work extensively one-on-one with me. Riding with you as well as everyone else this weekend has improved my technique and understanding of the the sport several seasons worth trying to figure it out on my own. I made a lot of new friends while carving over the weekend, and hope to see everyone again soon! Thank you so much!
