  1. i am looking for a freecarve board that is better for every day carving than my burton factory prime.

right now the fp is the only board that i have, but it is wicked fast, and the sidecut doesn't allow for tight slow turns.

    the fp is a 7.1 171cm.

    i am 6'3" and 220lbs.

i am open to suggestions, and i am not looking for any particular brand.

i am however, looking for inexpensive, because i just totalled my car, and i have to buy a new one.

    thanks

  2. no offense to the fairer sex, i am sure the same could be said about men, but this could be really funny, and i just wanted to see what people could come up with.

i'll start it off with a pretty bad one so here it is.

an alpine board's sole purpose for existing is to be rode hard and often.

all right, theres mine to start, lets see what you've got.

  3. i have a burton factory prime 7.1 200s that is a 171, it isn't in "mint"condition, but is is pretty freak'n close. the previous owner was a racer who kept it cherry, and i rod it less than 10 times. the top sheet has some marks, but they are superficial, they would probably wash off. the edges are in great condition, and the base wood be with a fresh coat of wax that i will most likely put on this week any way. make me an offer, my only limit is that i can replace it with another board, i am looking for something longer. i am willing to trade, if you don't kneed your 184. what model is it?

  4. i have been carving for 2 seasons, and i bought my first setup online, but i was wondering if there are any shops that carry alpine equipment? i would really like to be able to go in and look. i live in morrison colorado, so i can get to most of the the resorts and towns easily. are there any stores???

  5. what model is your fp,

i am currently rocking a fp 7.1, 170 cm. but i am a bit to big for it. i am like 6 foot 2 and 215 lbs. i am thinking that a bit longer of a board would balance out better, my 170 is a little too soft for comfort. what size person would you put on your ride. thanx
