  3. Good Morning, Thanks so much for your insights, as I'm still learning about hardboots. It was recommended to get my son sized at a local boot fitter, to be sure. Thats on our agenda for tomorrow. We like your boots but just want to make sure they are right for my son. Thanks again
  4. Good Morning, Can u please send close up photos of the 159 Kessler? Thank you
  5. Hello again, We are really interested in the boots but still trying to make sure they would work..... would these boots work ok with bindings that don't support intec heels? Or can I just remove them (and possibly use them later)? For my son who would use these for racing, we would want the binding to be solid (very little movement) and I heard the intec heels are not as solid for racing?? Size wise with him being only 12 with lots of growth to come, do we want this boot to just fit or be a little larger? Thanks for your help in getting a young rider started in a hardboot set-up! Who knows maybe he'll never go back! Regards
  6. Hi, Thanks for the reply on the boots for my son. Do the boots run true to size? What is the BTS Spring used for? Would it be good or make it harder for a new hardboard/boot racer? If not can it be removed and put back on later? Thanks, Lisa
  7. Hi, My son was measured for a 7.5 boot, this would be his 1st pair of hardboots, he has narrow feet and is flat footed. Could these boots work for him? He would use them for racing GS and Slalom.
  8. Hi,

Checking to see if the 159 is still available? Can you e-mail photo if so to Lisaande@sbcglobal.net

    Thanks in advance

  9. I think you might be right on that BX board issue, I'll check the USASA rule book. We still want a racing board, but I'm still not quite sure what size to get him? Do we really want the board to come between his chin and nose, (only to probably outgrow by next year?) or can we go as tall as his actual height? He learned to ride and carve on a board that was to long for him(my mistake) so for the racing board I want to get one, that won't give him a to much of a hard time! Where's the compromise for a growing kid and a budget?
  10. Hey thanks for the insight. What's the best way to get him measured, or does it depend on the brand? What boots do you wear?
  11. Could you e-mail me photos, and tell me any other specs so I can get a closer look my e-mail is Lisaande@sbcglobal.net. Thanks
  12. He is 11 yrs old, 4ft 9" tall, and weighs about 85 lbs. He raced last season as a beginner with a reg. board in GS, Slalom, and BX.
