no, I do not think that you would have any problems riding with size 10 and the palmer plates, I remember my burton triumph was centered around a 10.5 boot and was a 26 waist.
Utah... I responded to your email

Thanks for the reply.
In regards to using old bindings...what do you do when things eventually give and break? Is it still possible to get parts for Burton's that old? Or are you mix and matching straps, etc.
the straps and ratchets are all still basically the same, so they are all interchangable. the highback/base plate i am not too worried about.
I always broke the ratchet retention system on the older burton bindings, but I rivet them permanently, so they will not fail, other than that no problems.

Thanks for the plug for the 2 boards above, they are mine, I also think you would probably do well with them.
the Saber is more of a BX/charging board, the Razor is more carve orientated, the Razor is stiffer and more lively.
I also am selling a pair of Salomon Malamutes, I am selling them because they are just not quite as stiff as I wanted, particularly the inside of the boot, it lets me fold over more than I really like...
I am using Burton Driver X from 08/09, lots of people use and like the Malamute though, I liked them, just not for my riding, out west, on softer snow/better overall conditions I may have liked them more.
I also owned a set of Salomon Caliber bindings, they were not stiff enough for me overall, I was able to make them give quite a bit, I use Burton C60's from circa 05/06. the boot/binding interface was very good on the Malamute and Caliber though.
I think it depends how into it you want to get.
I am also selling a Burton Custom X 168, definitely not as carve or BX orientated as the above, but a stiffer all around board, but that has the channel...
ask me any questions you want, I have tried a bit of stuff for soft boot charging/carving particularly with boots and bindings and risers and even a Donek plate.

thank you for the mcmaster numbers, I searched in the wrong area I did not go to the bolts, only screws.
I must not be thinking today.
thanks again

thanks for the responses, I forgot about Fastenal, and have a couple local.
Theft is not too bad around here to my knowledge, but around 10 years ago I had a board stolen, it is very frustrating.

how do I search there with a DIN number, I am not famliar with that?
also, I may have not thought this through....
I am riding the Bomber "power plates", so being that there should be no bottom out for the inserts going into the plate, I could most likely just use the m6x20 screws they sell here in the store, I will test one of them later today to see.

as the title implies, I have been searching for some M6 x 16 screws to mount burton bindings. I am looking for something that is not Phillips head if possible, I have checked Lowes and Home Depot, they have nothing, I did not expect them to, but it was easy. I also looked online at McMasterCarr.com, and was kind of surprised they do not have anything,
does this exist? I would prefer Hex or Torx, basically so it is harder for someone to remove bindings from the board.
on another note, does anyone use a bike lock? I was riding a new board the other night, and did not like the attention it drew while in the rack, I was sitting watching from 15 ft away inside, but still did not like how much attention it received so I was going to get a cable bike lock most likely or the Kryptonite snow lock.
I am riding at a different local mountain than usual, and there is no ski check and at the old mountain I just took my board in to the rental department where my friends worked so it was safe. at this mountain though, the one benefit is that the parking lot is a pretty far walk or a shuttle ride down so its not easy for people to get away quickly, and it is generally not that crowded.
I rarely leave my board for very long, when I ride out west I try to use a friend's lock and eat up higher on the mountain, has anyone ever had or heard of anything being stolen from a lodge higher on the mountain?
I am not real real worried, because my board is kind of an oddball for most of the freestyle kids, but its still soft boots.
thanks for any replies in advance.

For sale is a Donek Saber 170 built in 2010.
255 waist
overall good shape, top sheet has some scratches and marks where bindings were, along with slight dings as shown in pictures
edges in base are in very good shape, nothing funny, again the worst marks will be shown in 2 pictures but neither will affect anything.

I wanted to update shipping/price info, the price of $200 is not shipped. if a "shipped" price is desired its $230, I have not sold anything here before, but people seem to want a "shipped" price and not choose their own shipping.
anyone ever see this: gap between base material and base edge?
