Nope, no snow on Mt. Rose. The Donner Party got a big storm this time of year so it does happen. Every day I hope that snow is in the forecast but so far my hopes have been dashed. We're looking forward to the season and SES too!

How's the groom there? Is it pretty carver friendly and how are crowds mid week?
The groom is very good most of the time, and there are usually several carvers to be found. Some days this season there were 7 or 8 carvers midweek. Sweet.

I have to say Heavenly, for the shear volume of cat tracking. You can skate in two states and not have a clue where you are.

I have had a okay fit with Raichle 413 and LeMans. I used to have Burton Reactors but they were really too high on my calf and pinched quite a bit. They were also quite heavy feeling. It is hard enough to find hard boots in a small size, let alone a women's specific fit. If it weren't for Bomber I don't know what my feet would be in.

We also tend to keep boards around as loaners. We don't have boots but if someone can do that we have boards and bindings for people to try out a hard setup.

It seems odd to me that people can be so disagreeable and vehemenant about style. The opinion of the person riding the board and making the turns is the one that matters. If you are having a blast does it matter what type turns they are or what they are being done on? There are a lot of things that I think are ugly, that just means I don't want to do it, not that someone else shouldn't and if they're having fun, cool. Let's ride!

I have had two different Raichle boot models, size 24, fit just fine in the Burton Race plates. Maybe your bails had been modified for some reason.

We preordered (12/2/05) too but only one of us will get to have BTS. They are only letting us have one set. There is no crying smilie with big big tears.

Is it possible that your foot isn't relaxed inside your boot? Could be that your toes are working against you and trying to grab or pull. If your toes are clenching that can cause major foot pain and cramping. Also I do like Kipster and it made a lot of difference. Mine are 10 degrees different though.

I participate in another forum with exactly that, a trader rating. When a deal is done with someone the participants score the deal. It has been very useful in eliminating bad trade. It is too bad that there are always just a very few that make things difficult.
