I rode this board a few times but had so much trouble with my boots I gave up.   3. I weigh 195lbs. I was so shocked the i called a friend who works at rossignol and queried him about all this. He agreed that 'most' boots shouldn't be used after 6 years, which shocked the hell out of me because of course no one mentions this at the point of sale. I even returned them to Burton hoping that they would offer a credit or something. Their response was - thank god these are off the mountain, they're completely unsafe. ( and no, of course we won't give you a credit or anything) As it safe to assume that a buyer of these boots would be going fairly fast, I wouldn't risk it. Happy to send photos if you like. chris
  4. I wouldn't sell these. I had a pair in my closet and pulled them out last winter. On my fifth day on the mountain the front boot shattered into several pieces when making a topside turn. I took a bad fall but luckily didn't hurt myself seriously . Burton told me that these boots shouldn't be considered 'safe' anymore. thought you'd wanna know.
