    Are these set up for regular bindings, not step in? My grandson is starting to race in hard boots and needs boots. He can wear size 11 but prefers 12s so these sound good if they work with regular bindings. Can you get a shipping estimate to Bayfield Colorado 81122? Thanks Susan
