[Newbie needs some boot advice.]

So I rode an alpine board for the first time and loved it and now it’s time to get the gear. So I guess boots are the first step. I used old style Raichle 121 with vibram soles in shell size 26-26.5, my mondo size is 26.5...... I have a widish foot if that helps with recommendations.....

Hello. Just rode an alpine board for the first time, and loved it! I’m visiting whistler and Hooked up with Boris at Cypress Mt. for a lesson. He was fantastic and a great teacher. So how do I get outfitted with gear? I can see myself doing this a lot, maybe even more than I ride my all mountain board.

Hi there, will be in whistler next month and I really want to try a hard boot board. Where can I rent a setup from? I live in Portland and there is nothing here that I can find to try this out. Been riding for 6 years and love to go fast.

[Looking for hardboot instruction at Mt Hood Meadows]

Olympics got me like “I gotta try this!” I’ve been riding 6 years but only in the soft boots. I love to hit steep groomers and go fast. How do I get started? I ride at Hood and make several trips out of state to ride each year. So how do I get started? I would love to get some instruction but also need info about equipment.
