  1. Didn't see anyone mention Kryptonite Locks, they make a cable lock for boarders that includes a mountable bolt that threads into an unused mounting thread hole. They are not perfect in that I have found that with certain plate and mount combinations that all unused mounting thread placements can be obscured.Good luck Zen
  2. Saw one guy on the liftline with a Donek, was that either of you? I made a half dozen runs but it was too crowded was clipped by a freestyler doing a blind side jib accross the South peak, Thank the godz for body armour. Will probably ride at least one night a week and a day on weekend after New Years. Will keep my eyes open for you all.
  3. MountainCreek opens tomorrow, South Mtn only, for 8am. Anyone feel like laying down some carves?
  4. I ride regular and this board I picked up when a friend retired from riding I only put 1 day on it at the end of last season. It is pretty responsive and was fun in the soft stuff, I don't know how it is on ice. If your'e interested name a fair price and we can work through paypal.
  5. What size in US foot length do these equate to? An 11? or 12? thanx Zen
  6. Is there enough open to warrant a mental health day yet? I'll be interested later in the season, Zen
  7. I know there was one once and it got booted over politics. Is there anyone that is interested in building a new hardboot team? If there are enough committed people, I still know a few people in the skiracer division. Maybe we could get this done by planning it out now. Contact me if you are up for a try.
  8. I would guess it is, but the top sheet is not standard it was made for Demo boards only, It is plain blue with the #2000 across the top sheet and the coil 156 sublimated underneath yet readable. Hope that helps. I've never ridden this one as It is too small for me, I think it would make a good slalom board though. Dave
  9. No Tech=No Pix, its a bluish white topsheet that covered all Demos for that season, I don't believe it was ridden much, I took it in on a trade, edges are good. Dave

Proflex binding, lightly used took it in on trade excelent shape $80 + shipping. E-mail me if you are interested in these, sorry I do not have pix available.

  14. Are you selling a complete Catek binding set for 65$? If so I will purchase same. Thanx Dave
  15. Thanx Jack, it has been a long time since I read your article. So let me extrapolate, I should use this board only for slalom races if I am concerned about maximum edging and it might provide me an edge over a traditional board if I use a technique that utilizes 45 degree stance for maximum edging, other wise the board style is obsolete? OK I get think I get the picture, I picked up this board and an old coil as part of a deal sweetner when I purchased a Volkyl 183. Any way I have never ridden an asym and wanted to experience it. So I guess that the slow release was probably due to the sloppy conditions, guess I will have to wait till next season to try it out on course contions. Thanx again for the advice. Dave
  16. Rode my first asymetrical in yesterdays sloppy at Hunter NY, a Radair Soul 164 w/hybrid binding f2 rippers intec system bindings. I found that it seemed to release later in turns, wasn't snappy. I don't know if it was my technique of loading and releasing or if it was the sloppy conditions - the snow sugared out as it made the 60 degree mark. Or if asyms are just different than a standard race board. Anybody able to offer advice or understand what I'm talking about in regards to a transitioning turns? Thanx Dave
  17. I'm interested do you have pics and were these raced, how often? Thanx
