  1. F2 - I think that the WCEs are pretty decent boards (I have a 163 SL WCE from 07/08). There are better ones, but they are ok.

And now they have a pretty modern shape, although the question is where it came from? F2´s development department? Or ...

The specs (waist width, scr, taper, etc.) are pretty similar to the SGs (and maybe also other successful raceboards - I don´t know about their specs (Kessler, Black Pearl)). But I guess that the courses somehow bring you to a certain shape ...

So it´s not just the color that changed :ices_ange

  2. SCR - why are you surprised? The SGs of this year also had a much greater radius than before - the 185 has 20,3m this year. According to Sigi Grabner these boards are faster between the gates (and the World Cup proves him right ...). The SL boards also increased their scr ...

Head - there were no 08/09 models, right? So will there be any 09/10 ones?

  3. This review is spot on for me. I have been on a Burton Hero (reverse camber called V-Rocker by Burton) and a Burton X8. Both in 155. The reverse camber board is great for powder and doing tricks on the slope like nose- and tailpresses and other stuff. But you can feel that it is not as stable as a cambered board in almost all situations. I guess that many Softboot riders don´t really care about stability and carving abilities because for 2010 Burton does have several V-Rocker boardlinies (even the Custom will be also available as a V-Rocker edition).
