  1. that's why i don't see the reason for being so secret about the specs. it makes customers happy if they can compare a couple of numbers. i noticed that with mtb catalogues. i want to see specs just makes me feel comfy catalogues without specs suck. ;) Even that Virus is accessible to me and i probably tested half their product line i went with a coiler just from the specs (oops), so don't be too sad that you don't have access to those famous blingblings
  2. nateW, you're absolutely right! also you won't be the one who is steeling the design, it's the other manufacturers and they have the chance to easily measure everything they want next week in Sölden when Virus is there for promotion.
  3. Turnschtubbi 171, 11.5SCR I was surprised how tight i can push it, but being still able to do fast, wide carves. The board stays very quite and controllable on higher speeds. Very versatile! My favorite board so far. Still, would be interested how a X1 feels to ride.
  4. I just got my Turnschtubbie 171, 10.5 SCR, 20cm wide and tested it already on Rettenbach Glacier. I just say: Bruce rules! I tested so many boards last year and ordered this one blind and lucky me it's exactly what i was looking for. (of course bought it without testing, so it has to be good, right?! - no if i wouldn't like it, i would say that too) This board is exactly what i was looking for, on one hand i can push it easily to small radius on european, crowded slopes, on the other hand going fast or steep, it is reallly stable, absorbs everything. I love metal! Even that it's so easy to ride, you can also go really aggressive and fast without loosing control. The pic was made on really soft conditions but there was also ice that day on other slopes: Fantastic ice grip! Just love it! Can't wait for the next carving day.
  5. i got my print from www.snowboardmaterials.com haven't seen the result yet but I guess everything worked smoothly. they sent the topsheet directly to Coiler so i had nothing to do with it. maybe they had too much to do when i ordered but it took i think 3 weeks or so to get the print done.
