  1. If i have missed it, my bad, but is there a locale slated for ECES 2009 yet? I'd like to put a vote in for 2 locations.........#1 Sugarloaf--yes I know but why not again...........#2 Jay Peak-----look if we get dumped on, everyone can play on their all mountain set-ups. Loaf would be great, speaking as a Mainah's perspective.
  2. Like it says, looking for TD2's or Catek OS2's for my Virus which currently is mounted up w/ Catek Olympics. I'd prefer non-step ins. Anyone.....Bueller....?
  3. What are you looking for on the Cateks?
  4. This sh***y east coast weather is making me wish snow were flyin'. I've got moss growing on me from so much rain! The lowlights would be only 8 days this year, but 5 of those were midweek days which was a +++. Burning quads, lots of laps, really felt good about my riding. Highlights, picked up a nice set of Burton Fire shells which were a game changer from my old boots, a great find on a used set of Catek olympics, a mint FP173 for $75 and my can't wait for next season, the Virus 182 care of Mellow Yello, care of shred and whom ever was on it before. So hopefully soon, like Keller Williams says, we'll be "floatin' on the freshies"!
  5. Where did you get that stomp pad? I want one of those-I'd be interested in the Olympics but I'm a bigfoot
  6. thor-emailed you earlier -let me know
  7. Same thing I noticed-can't send an email so I'll get in line as well-thanks
  8. Maybe I've overlooked it but I can't seem to find the template for making binding risers out of polycarb or polypro. The video link is good, easy to work through but where is the referenced template?? I know that you can pull the template off of catek....is that what the vid is talking about? I have a virus that I definitely want risers on but figured might as well make more while I'm at it. Thanks for the link direction.
  9. Interested in the td1's--How's about a couple pics? As far as the burton's, are these metal or plastic 3 hole mounting plates or 4x4? Pics on those? Please feel free to email me
  10. To quote Peter Griffin from FG.....frickin' sweeeeetttt. Thanks for this new obsession....it's a shame it's April.....summertime in Chile.....hhhmmmmm.....
  11. Scott at catek is digging around but ordered from fastenal in the meantime-hope they'll fit...like a glove. Thanks for the help
  12. I picked up a set of catek world cups and want to get new center bolts for the binding mount to the disc(I'm very technical in my speak). They're about 1" length but diameter wise, I'm guessing they're either 14mm or 16mm but I'm not sure. The metal is fairly soft and the allen sets are nearly stripped. I'd like to get stainless or whatever someone could recommend. Anyone know the exact dims. of these bolts Anyone know what the exact diameter of the center bolts is? Best place to get new ones would be...? Fastenal? or what? I threw them on a FP173 this weekend for a quick spin and was all tweaked out since I'm on raceplates w/unicant on my other fp171 which is beefier and was not set-up at all like I was used too. As I was trying to play around w/ set-up on the hill, started getting concerned w/ the allen stripping out the head beyond all recognition and didn't want to be fubar so went in to get the old dog..thanks for the advice
  13. Looking for raceplates or physics for a FP173--have cateks that are going on something nicer

  17. Just weighing options here and I've read others feedback on the WCR181 and it gets a lot of love but I've been riding Burton FP's for years and thinking about breaking away. Wrestling w/ a lightly used FP186 or 182, the Prior and the Nidecker. I'm an east coaster that likes big and small turns but if I have to keep the fp171 for shorter and go biggerrrr....the bigger fp or the prior---please opin if you will-thanx
