BOARD ONLY BINDINGS NOT INCLUDED. This board has about 5 days on it normal wear and tear, base is clean with lots of wax to protect it. Nekdut - Let me try and clarify your question.
The posting says built for a rider 180 plus or a lighter strong rider. Ursle noted that he was the original owner and had it built for his 160 rider weight. I own or have owned 7 virus boards and this is on the stiffer side of all of them and I'm 200 lbs.
So if you are a lighter strong rider or 180 plus, this is built for you based on mine and Ursle's comments

Thermo liners come in one size which forms for a 25 or 25.5 sizing so they are the correct size.
Usually ski boots will size down from a .5 sizing by making a thicker foot bed in the same liner.
