  1. @Bobdea: Why not? @Bob Jenny: Good review. Similar to my experiences on the Gladi - especially the rocket feeling at the end of the turn. Push it from your rear leg and the board will throw you up into the next turn. Just a comment on the soft nose: You have to get used to it, but it makes sense. You will notice that, when riding this board in soft or bumpy conditions, or in powder.
  2. Bobdea, for sure, Stability of Zylon is decreasing and is influenced by different factors. But which material is not? Just one thing: Zylon is aboiut 1.5 times more stable than carbon. Hey, if it looses 30% of it's ability in probably 5 years, You are in the region of carbon. Zylon boards are completely different in comparison with Titanal. Titanal makes a board very calm and stable and takes flexibility from the board - more equalizing character. The Zylon boards are much more flexible and provide a more agressive feeling -> more reactive. It is not a question of better or not. It is a question of your preferences.
  3. I've seen several new constructions and desgins in Frank's factory yesterday. Very nice wood finish boards, something with a swallow-tail and snd so on. I think Frank will announce someting when season is started in November. BTW: I don't like thy Zylon look either, but once you've ridden this flexible material you are stuck to it. Hmm, really like a spider-web.
  4. Hi Guys, Nice to meet you here on the other side of the ocean. Some of you might know me from EC-Forum and the Frozen-Backside. Reading here in Bomberonline provides a happy feeling. It seems you know a f... good piece of a carving board when you see it. In some of the european forums, first thing is to be envy and anxious about something new. Well, I have just picked my own Berserker at Frank this morning. And hey, this thin is reaalllyy big (and a little scary). I will have the chance to ride it next week and certainly i will write a report on it - especially in comparison to the Gladiator. What I can say at the moment is, that it is a high-quality piece of craftmanship. I have talked to Frank about the SES in Aspen and really would like to join, but ufortunately this is not possible this year. CU on the slopes.
