Get back to basics, finish the turn all the way, going perpendicular to the fall line or more to keep your speed in check...
Slarving is easy, de-weight the back foot.

Custom Carbon Carbon OXESS 163 !
Great shape, no dings or gouges top or base. Never been through the grinder,,,ever.. so yours would be the first tune.
GREAT CHANCE TO OWN A OXESS CUSTOM
This was a custom full bling board. Its the one I have always held on to.
Its time to go to a new home, one much younger than me.
Its a fairly stiff board with extra Carbon Layup on the nose and tail so it will not fold on aggressive riding.
This board can handle it all and the more you push the better it rides.
Extra Extra rubber dampening inside and it is smooth.
Has a bit more pop than a full titan board but dampness is about the same. pretty quiet!
Anyone can ride it but it really likes more advanced riding.
This was my go to board for all mountain carving, loves to turn on steep stuff, very user friendly but shins when pushed.
The aluminum tip and tail protectors are from Marcel and Factory!
163cm length
22cm wide
11m avg sidecut radius
stiff flex
center Stance avg is 54cm to 58cm plus or minus your binding adjustment holes
$895 Plus shipping..

Sometime between June 14 and June 21 the following boards/bindings were stolen from a Duluth area storage unit:
Brand Model Length Bindings Topsheet
Donek Slalom 161` F2 Carve RS Dark Blue
F2 Slalom 163 F2 Challenge Comp Silver/Grey
Donek Razor 165 F2 Carve RS Blue/Red Pattern
Donek Incline 165 F2 Carve RS Black
Nidecker Proto 167 F2 Carve RS Black
Prior AWD 174 F2 Titanflex Silver/Grey
Donek AX 172 F2 Titanflex Clear Coat
Donek Freecarve 189 Not mounted Red
Palmer Channel 165 F2 Red/Blue/Silver
K2 Recon Riser 165 F2 Challenge Comp Tan/Gold
Most of this gear was purchased here originally over the course of the last 10 years or so. I've filed a police report, provided this list to local sports stores and pawns shops, and I'm watching E-Bay and Craigslist within 1,000 miles of Duluth. All the boards are mounted Goofy (right foot forward) and are set up with Intec step-in heel receivers.
This seems like one of the few places where gear like this might be offered, hence this post. Please PM with any sightings.
Mods - please move to the appropriate forum if necessary.
Thanks!
Russ
Any news... They gotta either dump, sell or ride.. Was the whole place cleaned out or targeted?

It's ironic that we just doubled down on Sugarloaf and moved to a bigger condo there, but at the same time I wouldn't recommend anyone settle there, lol. Or anywhere else east of the Rockies for that matter. Unless of course you are tied to the region by family, like we are. In that case, it's a special place. There are many awesome groomer days where I simply don't need to be anywhere else. Summer is very quiet as there is no town of significant size within 45 minutes in any direction. That's both good and bad.
Edit - then again... if you love the ocean, Maine is hard to beat. There aren’t many places you can live near the ocean and have one of your favorite mountains a two hour drive away. I think if I removed the ocean from my life I would need to get it back eventually. To the OP, I've also heard good things about Sun Valley, like it has perfect grooming and pitch top to bottom.
Cleveland is good... Central Geographicly located from a plane ride anywhere.. Beer is cheap, gotta lake that looks like an ocean.. Cost of living is good, jobs plentiful and no one comes here..

WHITEFISHoff your list … it has changed for the worst … sudden influx of idiots in town … and on the hill ...Whitefish sux... I would never go back.

Needs more rebar.. Some bricks and lead... You don't want these silly plates to be too light..
I put tungsten in my boot soles so my weight is lower and edges grip more..
But you need to make sure you don't go over the boards weight requirements it will stop functioning
Also then the flex will be way off and get all kaffooey on you...
So maybe 1/4 inch carbon steel would be better..

Ohhhh my!
The Asian softboot carving got it going....
So much cool stuff to be had..
But I like the specs on the cross 163 much better... Tighter sidecut and narrower.... It just need the x carve nose and tail... And bam!!
I'm sure will see one here soon...

Let me join the the party. My daughter design the graphic and I manage to put things together.
Snowboard graphic is a bit tricky because one should consider the location of insert and binding which will cover some part of the graphic while riding, as well the sidecut. Each graphic takes about a month of my spare time to do it.
The rainbow/people is the 1st board. The rabbit/watermelon didn't build. The black & white is the latest one which has arrived last Friday. Take some time to post it on board porn.
Probably one of the best I have seen. The Original Madd and follow up boards were done by children
