Now Im stuck about the inserts? that are in the boot itself, do those stay in?? please help before i drop the f bomb, no instuctions came with heels. And make a hole (is pointed in your boots) in the boots for the cable with a screwdriver or something else that's sharp. In my boots there was a hole pre assembled.
