Im looking for some decent boots for no more than $130 CAD, slightly felxible though. They are size 30.5 or 31 (12.5-13) Thanks in advance, help me get riding ! D-Sub Posted December 8, 2005 Report Share Posted December 8, 2005 29.5 to 30.5 isnt quite exact. thats a whole centimeter difference in size do you have a ski shop near you? if so, just have them measure your foot. itll take only a minute. do both feet. if you can get into a 29, youll be happier as long as they fit. as for molding liners, it can be done at home. yyzcanuck site has instructions, so does bomber site, and alpinecarving.com it will behoove you to get an exact foot size, not an "about" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

D-Sub Posted December 8, 2005 Report Share Posted December 8, 2005 I still say go to a ski shop if you have one nearby. that paper measurement can be inaccurate. getting the correct size boot is paramount! but odds are you can fit into a 29 with moldable liners. I measure just shy of 28...like 27.8 on one foot and 27.7 on the other, and wear "27" boots...the moldable liners allows for leeway Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Carve234 Posted December 8, 2005 Report Share Posted December 8, 2005 Check out the pair of SB413's I've got listed in another thread. They're great boots in essentially brand new condition for close to what you're looking to spend. They would probably work fairly well for you since they tend to have a slightly softer flex for a hard boot, and a softer flex will probably help you learn to ride quicker.
