andiss
So managed to sprain my LCL (outside knee ligament, front foot) playing with the kids on the floor. That was 3 weeks ago. Back walking, cycling on trainer and elipitcal trainer, but can get leg to hyperextension. Im going to Davos in a week all paid for nun refundable kind of thing, I want to go and reckon i should be ok - even physio said wear hinged knee brace and stay in the sweet spot (medium bent, no jumps or crazy shit) I can ski but i rather snowboard. Im bringing two boards, soft boots and hard boots, anyone done something similar and have tips? Edited December 3, 2015 by andiss
Bobby Buggs
First thing I thought of is wear a brace. Usually those things resolve in 4 weeks, so wear your brace and try to be smart.
