Guest WindnSnow
Hello, Are there any places in Salt Lake City to buy hard boots? I'll be in SLC next week for vacation and I'd like to buy boots for my first hard boot setup. (Donek Axis 172). I'd like to actually try on the boots rather than buying them online, and there are no hard boot shops near where I live. Thanks for any guidance! Skully
Get in touch with Dave Tille - his username on the board is tilledog. He is in the process of setting up an online alpine store, and he currently has Deluxe boots available. He may be able to hook up with you while you are in SLC. As far as normal retail outlets for carving gear (especially boots) there really are not any. Salty Peaks has some old boards once in a while (I saw some old Burton demo stock there last time I went in... a year or so ago.) Check Dave's website to contact him: www.hardbooter.com
