I am a skier but my 19 year old son has been carving for the past two years at Stratton, Okemo etc back here in the east. He is ripping up the place I am planning a surprise trip early January to the Vail area (Doesn't have to be Vail but a drive from Denver). Never been out west. Is there a particular mountain that more boarders like to go to so I can schedule the trip where he might hook up with more boarders and not have to just hang with his Dad Any response is appreciated.
