Softer Flex Hard Boots Mondo size 24.5-25

Have a pair of Head Stratus Pro but they are too stiff for my 5'8" 118 pound high school racer. The Head's are mondo size 25.5, but I hear that Heads run a tad small. She has a pair of Ride softboots that are mondo 26, but they are really a too big on her after packout occurred. She barely fits in my mondo size 24 Saloman ski boots. So I think that mondo 24.5-25 should work for her. If you have something that sounds like it would work, let me know. She'd like to get a more flexible pair of boots before the high school state finals in March. Thanks and happy racing!
