Wun Posted December 20, 2010 Report Share Posted December 20, 2010 don't dismiss the weather conditions! lot of storming here in tahoe, california/nevada right now. i'm kind of glad that i decided to postpone my boarding trip due to weather. i wouldn't have ridden at this resort (sierra at tahoe) during this canceled trip, but my season pass is good there, and i do plan on going there a couple times this year. i just heard about this on local tv news. if i heard correctly, they reported 20 total rider ejections off the lifts. as can be seen on the article, five had to be treated for injuries. fortunately, the worst of the injuries (according to the report i caught on the tv) was a wrist fracture. stay safe!
