Guest zaphod
we play it by ear when we get to the lift in the morning - unless we're going to first tracks, then it's whistler cause that's where they do it. we like the emerald chair on whistler when it's snowing and peak, harmony etc are closed. nice easy trees for the not as advanced and some tight reasonably steep stuff for the advanced. then it's over to harmony bowl when it opens for a few runs off the ridge before it gets tracked out. finally, if the peak opens i go for something up there. blackcomb doesn't seem to offer the same advanced and intermediate terrain choices from the same lift as whistler does, though there is some sick stuff over there so we usually head over for at least one of the three days. Anyways, we try to be on the first few gondolas up, and always have the radios on.
