WavesWithin
Added a new one yesterday, sets of 30 squats on the flat side of a Bosu ball Hey Waves, I have the P90, its a ass kick for sure, did you find you were able to keep up with the vid at first and wicked sore from it?? I had to modify when I started out because I was wearing a 50 pound fat suit. I did shoulder flys and rows with dumbbells instead of pull ups and I didn't go airborne during the Plyometric exercises. I get the best results from the lean program. It also helps to eat right. I haven't hit my goal, yet. I plan to lose another 20 pounds over the next few months. Age ain't nuttin, but a thang. A massage therapist told me that soreness is from microtears in the muscle tissue. I always thought it was lactic acid. I've found that the YogaX and XStretch help loosen me up when I'm sore. jojogreen
400m of jumping lunges. Jumping lunges are the same as regular lunges but you do a jump in between. Do these once a week. (you will fall into a chair for the first few days)
Seraph
A massage therapist told me that soreness is from microtears in the muscle tissue. A Navy SEAL told me that soreness is weakness leaving the body. :D
