outward cant on lead binding?

so i recently switched to using hardboots on my razor, with nice shallow angles of 50f and 40r, slight heel lift on the back foot. i'm finding i want to push my front knee toward the nose of the board, rather than across my foot.

the über-bendy challenge comp bindings come with cant set into them by default, so right now i have the shims in place cancelling it out.

is there a good reason to not run outward cant on the front foot?

cheers guys, i'll be giving that a shot this weekend.

i just finished making the change, and it feels a lot more aggressive.

rudimentary carpet-surfing suggests this'll make heelside turns a lot more bombastic. not sure how much fun it'll be on a drag tow though.
