kieran
so i recently switched to using hardboots on my razor, with nice shallow angles of 50f and 40r, slight heel lift on the back foot. i'm finding i want to push my front knee toward the nose of the board, rather than across my foot. the über-bendy challenge comp bindings come with cant set into them by default, so right now i have the shims in place cancelling it out. is there a good reason to not run outward cant on the front foot? Snowman
Yeah, like Jim said, if it works and feels right go for it. There is no set "rule" on binding placement. To each his own. Think Snow!
KingCrimson
I have tons of it. It's beautiful.
kieran
cheers guys, i'll be giving that a shot this weekend. i just finished making the change, and it feels a lot more aggressive. rudimentary carpet-surfing suggests this'll make heelside turns a lot more bombastic. not sure how much fun it'll be on a drag tow though.
